Our Story

Founded in 2015 by veteran brownfield property developers, RE | Solutions (RES) has established itself as a trusted partner in the acquisition and redevelopment of environmentally  distressed properties. Drawing on more than 35 years of experience as owners, investors, and advisors, our team specializes in the repositioning and reuse of challenging urban infill sites, brownfields, and other distressed properties.

Based in Denver, Colorado, RES combines technical expertise with environmental risk management and creative problem solving to deliver projects that balance financial performance, environmental responsibility, and community benefit. With more than 100 successful development and redevelopment projects completed across the country—from New Jersey to California—our work demonstrates a consistent ability to unlock value where others see only obstacles.

We strategically invest in and acquire properties, as well as provide advisory services and owner’s representation. We work with both public and private clients to transform underutilized properties into productive, sustainable assets that strengthen communities and drive long-term growth.
