Erica Angell joined RE | Solutions, LLC in 2024 and now serves as Project Administrator & Office Manager, supporting both day-to-day operations and long-term project delivery. She plays a key role in coordinating complex redevelopment and environmental initiatives, managing contracts, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance across multiple projects.

With a background in nonprofit administration, project management, and strategic planning, Erica brings strong organizational and problem-solving skills to her work. She leads efforts in document management, reporting, IT coordination, and cross-team communications, helping to keep projects moving forward with efficiency and clarity.

Erica holds certifications in Business Analytics and Human Resources from Michigan State University, strengthening her expertise in data-driven decision-making, organizational leadership, and team development.
