Armaan Khosa joined the RE | Solutions team in August 2024 as a Real Estate & Financial Analyst. 

Armaan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a dual emphasis in Finance & Real Estate, from the University of Colorado – Boulder Leeds School of Business. He continues to expand his knowledge in these sectors through work and networking experiences, with the goal to return to Boulder and purse a Master of Science in Real Estate while continuing to work full-time.

In the summer of 2023, Armaan gained valuable hands-on experience in the Real Estate and Finance industries as a Treasury Intern at Prologis, a global leader in logistics real estate. He worked directly with directors from various departments, led a software launch and implementation across regions, and oversaw daily cash management operations.

Armaan has acquired certifications in Financial Statement Modeling and DCF modeling from Wall Street Prep, demonstrating his proficiency and passion for financial analysis and valuation. He’s also an active member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, where he networks with professionals and learn from industry experts.

Armaan was born and raised in San Jose, California. Some of his hobbies and interests include: Basketball (Go Warriors!), Working Out, Skiing, Golf, Concerts (Red Rocks!), Camping.
