Danielle, Finance Director at RES and CEO of Adaapta, is a nationally recognized leader in brownfields redevelopment. A licensed Professional Geologist with nearly two decades of experience, Danielle has guided the transformation of numerous contaminated properties into community assets through collaboration with local governments, nonprofits, and civic stakeholders. 

She leads a diverse and innovative team committed to accelerating community-driven revitalization, brownfields redevelopment, and resilience; while advancing environmental justice initiatives across the U.S. Internationally recognized for her leadership in the “Data for Good” movement, Danielle integrates environmental risk modeling and public data tools into redevelopment planning to help communities make informed decisions and align investments with broader community goals.

As the founding CEO of Community Lattice (merged with Adaapta in 2024), Danielle brings deep expertise in environmental assessment, cleanup, stakeholder engagement, and redevelopment strategy to her leadership role. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Center for Creative Land Recycling (CCLR), chairs ASTM’s Task Group for E1984-03 Standard Guide to Brownfields Redevelopment, and leads national EPA Brownfields Job Training technical assistance efforts. Danielle holds a B.S. in Geology from the University of Vermont and an M.B.A. from the University of Rhode Island.
