Armando brings extensive experience to RE | Solutions, having supported operations at the Cal Compact Former Landfill long before joining RES directly. He first began O&M work at the site under WSP, and when RES took on full responsibility for site operations, Armando’s expertise and commitment made him a natural fit to join the team.

With years of hands-on experience across the Gas Collection and Control System (GCCS), Groundwater Extraction and Treatment System (GETS), and the Flare Station, Armando provides invaluable continuity and deep institutional knowledge of the site. His technical skills and long-term familiarity with the systems help ensure efficient performance and regulatory compliance.

Armando’s dedication to safety and consistency has been instrumental in supporting RES’s track record of more than five years without a safety incident. As one of the most experienced members of the O&M team, he plays a vital role in maintaining safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible operations at the Cal Compact site.
