David joined RE | Solutions in 2024 and has been an integral part of the Operations & Maintenance team at the Cal Compact Former Landfill. In his role as O&M Technician, he supports the daily operation and maintenance of critical site systems, including the Gas Collection and Control System (GCCS), Groundwater Extraction and Treatment System (GETS), and the Flare Station.

Over the past year, David has played a key role in ensuring site compliance and reliability, working closely with the Site Operations Manager and fellow technicians to keep systems running safely and efficiently. His commitment to safety and teamwork contributes directly to RES’s spotless safety record of more than five years without an incident.

David’s attention to detail and hands-on approach make him a valued member of the RES team, supporting the company’s mission to maintain safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible operations at the Cal Compact site.
